1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account at 92go, accessing the platform at 92go.wine, or placing any bet or wager through our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 92go.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use 92go services. We recommend reading this document fully before completing your registration. 2. Eligibility

To open and use a 92go account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 92go account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering at 92go. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 92go username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 92go will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you, including all bets placed and all withdrawal requests submitted.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

92go may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC) and proof of your registered payment method. Accounts that do not complete required verification within 30 days of the request will have withdrawal functions suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 92go are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92go does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at 92go is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your 92go balance immediately upon confirmation. IBFT bank transfers typically credit within one to two business hours. Card deposits are credited within minutes subject to bank processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 92go are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You may not withdraw to a different payment method without contacting 92go support and completing additional verification.

• Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay): processed within 3 to 5 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• IBFT bank transfers: processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT. Requests submitted later are processed the following business day.
• Card withdrawals: processed within 1 to 3 business days subject to your issuing bank's processing times.

4.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 92go will notify you by email before applying a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance if lower). To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your 92go account at least once every 12 months.

5. Betting Rules

92go sports betting operates under standard industry rules with Pakistan-specific additions for cricket and PSL markets. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation and acknowledge that the bet cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 92go. We reserve the right to decline or limit bets at our discretion, particularly in cases where there is reason to believe a bet may have been placed based on information not in the public domain, or where a market has been suspended.

5.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that an odds error occurs — for example, due to a technical fault or manual entry mistake — 92go reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full in such cases.

5.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period; a market is suspended due to an error; or the event result cannot be officially confirmed within the settlement timeframe specified for that market.

5.4 Match Fixing and Integrity

92go takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any account found to be placing bets based on insider information, in connection with match-fixing activity, or as part of a coordinated scheme to defraud the platform will be permanently closed and reported to relevant sporting authorities. All winnings from such activity will be forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

92go offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms detailed on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all 92go promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Placing bets on restricted markets or games may not contribute to wagering requirements — this is specified per promotion.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses at 92go are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92go platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data and promotional materials — is the property of 92go or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the 92go platform without prior written consent from 92go. Scraping odds data, game results or any other automated collection of 92go content is strictly prohibited.

The 92go name and logo are trademarks of the platform operator. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data

92go collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by You

12.2 Termination by 92go

92go reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification.
• Account inactivity beyond the period specified in Section 4.3.
• A self-exclusion request by the account holder.

13. Changes to These Terms
